The D 1800 is a high-performance dust extraction system for direct capture of dust and particles in industrial processes. It is used wherever clean air is a prerequisite for quality, safety and process control.
The focus is on extraction exactly where the dust is generated: directly at the machine or workstation. This keeps production environments clean and process conditions permanently stable.
The system was specifically developed for production processes with higher air volumes, such as those occurring with injector or pressure blasting systems. With an extraction capacity of up to 1800 m³/h, even larger dust volumes are reliably captured and separated via a Class M filter element.
A pneumatically assisted filter cleaning system ensures permanently high suction performance even in continuous industrial operation. At the same time, the compact design enables simple integration into existing production lines.
The D 1800 is particularly suitable for industrial applications with increased dust generation and continuous operation.
For clean working conditions, stable processes and protection of personnel and machines – independent of the blasting system used.
