The D 4000 is a high-performance dust extraction system for the direct collection of dust and particles in industrial processes. It is used wherever large air volumes must be reliably cleaned and stable process conditions ensured.
The focus is on extraction exactly where the dust is generated: directly at the machine or workstation. This keeps production environments clean and process conditions permanently stable.
The system was developed for production areas with particularly high air throughput, such as those found in large injector and pressure blast systems or other dust-intensive manufacturing processes. With an extraction capacity of up to 4,000 m³/h, it ensures reliable dust collection via a Class M filter element, even under high loads.
A pneumatically assisted filter cleaning system ensures constant high suction power and extends the filter’s service life. At the same time, the compact design allows for easy integration into existing production environments.
The D 4000 is thus the most powerful dust extraction solution within the product family and is suitable for production areas with maximum dust levels.
