The typical starting point is an existing process that no longer meets the requirements for uniformity, cleanliness, and repeatability. This is exactly where the C 300 comes in: it is a newly defined, automated solution for controlled surface treatment.
The blasting process takes place entirely within a closed system. Parameters such as diameter, length, and peripheral speed are defined via a control panel and saved as a recipe. This creates stable, repeatable process conditions that are independent of the operator.
The horizontal design enables safe loading and unloading of long and heavy workpieces and allows for easy observation of the blasting process. The connected high-performance dust extraction system also ensures clean working conditions and stable indoor air in daily operation.
