The C 80 was developed for applications where individual workpieces are processed in defined
process cycles.
Unlike continuous-flow systems, the C 80 operates on the batch principle: once a
process step is completed, the system is reloaded. This creates a clearly structured,
repeatable sequence with high process control per workpiece.
The system has a vertical design and is optimized for compact, rotationally symmetrical components.
The control panel allows you to define process parameters such as length, workpiece segment and
processing profile and save them as recipes.
Whether automated or with manual intervention, the C 80 offers flexible process control
within a clearly defined system. The connected high-performance dust extraction also ensures
clean working conditions and stable indoor air in daily operation.
As a newly developed standard platform with a degree of customization, it combines industrial stability
with adaptable process logic for specific applications.
