The focus is on uniform surface treatment through a continuous satellite process. The combination of rotating workpiece guidance and defined process sequences ensures reproducible results even with varying workpiece geometries.
Defined workpiece guidance, precise nozzle control, and exactly controllable process parameters result in stable processing results and high process reliability.
The satellite system enables a continuous process flow: while workpieces are being loaded and unloaded, the sandblasting and cleaning processes continue in parallel. This makes the system particularly suitable for medium quantities and economical series operation.
Thanks to its modular design, the SRT 100 can be adapted to different process requirements and workpiece geometries.
