This is exactly where the 155 IN comes in: a custom-developed solution for the safe integration of heavy components into the blasting process in existing production environments.
The focus is on targeted operator support. Via an upstream infeed table with integrated rotary table, components can be pre-positioned and transferred into the system with process reliability. The automatic vertical door opening enables safe, convenient access. This is particularly advantageous for recurring heavy-duty workpieces.
The heavy workpieces are transferred via an attached loading table. This enables efficient, ergonomic handling to the system.
Inside, a rotary table ensures controlled workpiece movement and uniform processing. The entire blasting process runs in a closed system with integrated dust extraction—for clean working conditions and stable process air under industrial conditions.
