Typically, the starting point is very large workpieces. This includes, for example, tool halves for the automotive industry for large sheet metal parts, with a focus on process-reliable surface preparation. Here, not only the blasting process itself, but especially accessibility, ergonomics, and safe handling are central challenges.
This is precisely where Big Tools excels: as a walk-in, multi-level system that consciously integrates the operator into the process.
Operators can freely choose their working level across various platforms, allowing for precise and controlled processing of even large and complex geometries, without compromising ergonomics or process reliability.
The system is designed for large workpieces weighing up to three tons and measuring up to two meters in height. The blasting process takes place in a closed system with an integrated high-performance dust extraction unit. This ensures stable conditions for subsequent coating processes.
As a fully customized solution, the Big Tools system is precisely tailored to the specific workpiece, process requirements, and production environment. This results in a system that not only processes large workpieces but also makes them manageable.
