The 155 PB was developed for applications where workpieces that are larger and heavier than those of the 155 IN must be processed safely, ergonomically and in a controlled manner.
Unlike injector systems, pressure blasting enables significantly higher energy input. This allows even stubborn coatings or resistant surfaces to be processed efficiently, especially on large and heavy workpieces.
At the core is the pressure blasting process with high energy input, combined with handling designed for heavy workpieces. Using an upstream infeed table with integrated rotary table, heavy-duty components can be pre-positioned and transferred into the system with process reliability.
Transfer is carried out via a dockable transfer trolley, enabling efficient and ergonomic handling of the workpieces to the system.
The manual door opening provides direct access to the work chamber and supports a clearly structured workflow between loading, processing and unloading.
The manually rotating workpiece holder ensures uniform and controlled surface processing during blasting.
As a custom solution, the 155 PB is designed to meet the specific requirements of the workpiece, process and material flow—from dimensions through to integration into existing production environments.
The connected high-performance dust extraction also ensures clean working conditions and stable indoor air quality in daily operation.
